Why pressure washing matters here

South Florida heat and humidity are perfect for mildew and algae. Within a year or two, white walls turn gray, driveways get dark streaks and pool decks get slippery. A good wash brings the surface back and shows you what actually needs paint and what just needed cleaning.

What we pressure wash

  • House walls and stucco, including eaves and soffits
  • Driveways and walkways, where tire marks and dark streaks build up
  • Patios and pool decks, to remove slippery growth and stains
  • Fences and entry areas, for a cleaner first impression

Before an exterior repaint

On every exterior paint job, pressure washing is step one. Paint needs a clean, sound surface to grip. Skipping the wash is one of the main reasons cheap paint jobs peel within a couple of years. Once the surface is clean and dry, we repair cracks, prime and paint. See how the full process works on our exterior painting page.

As a standalone service

Not ready to paint? A wash alone can make a big difference, especially before selling a home, hosting family or listing a rental. We’ll also tell you straight if what you’re seeing is dirt that will wash off or worn paint that needs attention.

How it works

  1. Quick quote based on the size of the home and the areas you want washed.
  2. Protection of plants, outlets, light fixtures and anything delicate.
  3. Washing with the right pressure for each surface.
  4. Final walkthrough and owner sign off before we pack up.

Quality guaranteed: if something isn’t right, we come back and make it right.

What affects the price

The size of the home and the number of stories set most of the price for walls. Driveways, walkways, patios and pool decks are priced by area. Heavy mildew, rust stains or years of buildup take longer. You get the price in writing before we start, and if we find something that won’t come off with a wash, like faded or failing paint, we tell you straight instead of overpromising.

For property managers, HOAs and businesses

Pressure washing is one of the easiest ways to keep a property looking cared for between repaints. We wash building walls, sidewalks, entries and common areas for property managers, HOAs and commercial properties, on a one time or recurring basis. See how we work with businesses.

Ask us anything

How often should I pressure wash my house in South Florida?

Most homes look best with a wash every year or two. Shaded walls, north facing sides and areas near sprinklers grow mildew and algae faster and may need it more often.

Will pressure washing damage my stucco or paint?

Not when it's done right. We adjust the pressure and the technique to the surface, so walls and paint get cleaned without being damaged. If a surface looks too fragile, we tell you before we wash it.

Do you pressure wash before painting?

Always. Every exterior repaint starts with a full pressure wash, because paint won't stick properly to dirt, chalk or mildew.

Is pressure washing safe for my plants and pool?

Yes, when it's done with care. We wet down and cover plants near the walls, protect outlets and fixtures, and keep runoff away from the pool. If anything near the work area is delicate, tell us and we'll work around it.

Can I book pressure washing without painting?

Yes. Pressure washing is a standalone service too. It's a quick way to refresh your home, prepare it for a sale or get it ready for guests.
