Why general contractors keep the same painter
Most general contractors we talk to have the same story: the painter they used last time didn’t show up, showed up late or left a punch list longer than the job. Painting is near the end of the schedule, so every delay lands right on your closing date.
We built Glades Pro to be the opposite. Our positioning is simple: get it done, on time, the way we said we would.
How we work with GCs
- Scope and schedule up front. Send us plans, specs or a walkthrough date and we give you a clear price and a start date.
- We show up on that date. If something forces a change, you get a call, not silence.
- Prep done right. Patched, sanded and primed before any finish coat, so the paint looks right under any light.
- Touch up pass. We come back after other trades finish to clean up marks before the final walkthrough.
- Owner sign off. Nothing is called complete until the owner of Glades Pro has walked it.
Built for repeat work
The best relationships we have are with contractors who send us job after job. Once we know your standards, your preferred products and how you like the site left at the end of the day, every project runs smoother than the last. Quality guaranteed: if something isn’t right, we come back and make it right.
