Yes, the estimate is free and there's no obligation. Pricing is upfront and in writing. If something unexpected comes up, like hidden wood rot or stucco damage, we show you and agree on it together before doing any extra work.
Most of a good paint job happens before the paint: cleaning, patching, sanding, caulking and priming. We take the time to prepare properly, protect your floors, furniture and landscaping, and do a final walkthrough with you so nothing is left unfinished.
In South Florida's sun, humidity and salt air, a well prepared exterior with quality coatings typically lasts around 7 to 10 years. Surface prep, the product used and how much direct sun or coastal exposure the walls get make the biggest difference.
The dry season, roughly November through April, is ideal because humidity and afternoon storms are lower. We paint exteriors year round, though, scheduling around the weather and choosing products that cure well in Florida conditions.
The owner. Every Glades Pro job gets a final walkthrough with the owner, and we don't call it complete until it's approved. If anything needs a touch up, we fix it right there.
We cover all of Broward, Miami-Dade and Palm Beach counties, including Fort Lauderdale, Pembroke Pines, Coral Springs, Weston, Miami, Coral Gables, Boca Raton and West Palm Beach. If your city isn't listed, get your estimate anyway and we'll reach out.
We'll tell you straight, before we start. If a color won't look right in your light or a finish won't hold up outside, we explain why and suggest options. It's your home, so the final call is yours.
